32 Down, 179 to go! Is that right?
Bleurgh and gaahh! We’re already falling behind in our ludicrous quest. A quarter of the way through the year, and we should have covered over 50 events. No, wait. Seeing as we only started in February, we’re actually doing pretty well, and we’re just about on schedule, as we have some more completed events still to write up. So un-bleurgh and anti-gaahh.
Maybe you missed these sparkling happenstances:
The world’s earliest-ish Frankenstein review!
Gross preserved squids and skeletons in the Hunterian Museum!
The secret of Secret Cinema!
The twirling Umbrellas of Cherbourg!
The Post-Human Apocalypse of the Westfield Centre!
and so on. You can click on the archives to your right to read more.
But we’ve still got plenty more (real) events up our (metaphorical) sleeves, like:
Richard III with Kevin Spacey!
The Cherry Orchard with Zoe Wand-maker from Harry Potter!
Hip Hop Karaoke, which is yes, an actual thing in the world!
Much Ado About Nothing with wossname David Tennant and Catherine Tate!
And perhaps most earthshakingly: the LONDON PET SHOW featuring cat show-jumping!
We’re not joking. I sort of wish I was. And all sorts of other nonsense which you can suggest additions to, if you like. And more exclamation marks! Onwards!
